Air Chateau, CRISALION Mobility to boost electric air taxi services

CRISALION Mobility has partnered with Dubai-based private aviation operator Air Chateau to accelerate electric air taxi services in the United Arab Emirates.

Air Chateau’s pre-order of ten Integrity eVTOLs, announced during both companies’ debuts at Farnborough International Airshow 2024, expands CRISALION’s conditional pre-order book to 125 aircraft.

This move marks the company’s first commercial partnership in both the private aviation market and the Middle East.

CRISALION and Air Chateau will collaborate closely to develop a growth plan for electric air taxi services in major cities, such as Abu Dhabi and Dubai, in support of the UAE’s strategic mobility initiatives.

“Through this partnership, we will not only enhance connectivity but also contribute to alleviating the burden on legacy ground infrastructure, complement existing transportation networks, reduce congestion and to build a sustainable future,” Air Chateau’s Chairman, Samir Mohamed.

The region’s demographics, eager to adopt sophisticated air mobility, are favourable to the growth of eVTOLs.

The deal also offers a solid basis for prospective future cooperative ventures between the two businesses in Europe. Air Chateau will be able to provide clients with a zero-emission, safe, and sustainable alternative for regional air mobility once the Integrity aircraft is integrated into its offerings.

CRISALION Mobility’s Integrity eVTOL is presently in development and can carry five passengers in addition to a pilot. Because of its qualities, it can be used for both intra- and intercity passenger and freight transportation.
