Saudi Arabia’s General Authority of Civil Aviation (GACA) celebrates as sixteen of its cluster two companies receive the prestigious Airport Customer Experience Accreditation (ACEA) from the Airports Council International (ACI) for the year 2024.

The achievement is a testament to GACA’s unwavering commitment to enhancing traveler experiences within Saudi airports. Ali Masrahi, CEO of one of the cluster two companies, attributes the success to a focused approach on three key areas: understanding customer needs, developing a strategic alignment with traveler requirements, and implementing performance tracking across all aspects of the traveler journey.

Masrahi further emphasizes the company’s dedication to enhancing customer experiences, aligning with the objectives set forth in the National Aviation Strategy led by GACA. This accreditation underscores Saudi Arabia’s commitment to providing world-class services to travelers and further solidifies its position in the global aviation industry.
