Skyservice Business Aviation, a prominent player in North American business aviation, has announced modifications to its organizational framework, emphasizing client engagement and capitalizing on growth prospects. The new structure introduces three global business lines: Business Aviation, Fixed-Base Operations, and Aircraft Maintenance. Ronald Silverman joins as the President of Business Aviation, a move aligned with Skyservice’s strategy to enhance personalized service, safety excellence, operational efficiency, and prepare for future expansion.

Ben Murray, President, and CEO of Skyservice, expressed confidence in Silverman’s ability, citing his successful track record in the business aviation sector. Murray highlighted Silverman’s customer-centric approach, aligning with Skyservice’s commitment to revolutionize business aviation services.

Ronald Silverman, with extensive experience, will lead managed aircraft sales, charter, aircraft sales and acquisition divisions. He will also oversee global operations center, flight operations, and pilot and crew activities. Silverman’s previous roles include Chief Commercial Officer at Jet Linx and leadership positions at Vista U.S. and XO.

Other key leadership appointments include Ty Dubay as President, Fixed-Base Operations, overseeing all Skyservice FBO locations, and Paul Weeks as President, Aircraft Maintenance, managing maintenance operations and OEM partnerships globally. Mirjana Bosnic assumes the role of Chief Human Resource Officer.

Skyservice has been executing a strategic plan to become the premier business aviation partner in North America. The addition of Silverman and the new organizational structure mark the next phase in Skyservice’s vision to establish itself as a global leader in business aviation services and solutions.
