UrbanV and ICAD Holdings LTD have forged a partnership to propel Advanced Air Mobility (AAM) in the Middle East region, focusing on integrating technology and developing vertiport operations.

The collaboration aims to establish a comprehensive plan for vertiport operations, encompassing take-off and landing procedures, technology system integration, and the management of vertiports and their networks across the Middle East.

UrbanV will leverage its expertise in vertiport planning, design, network analysis, business strategy, route evaluation, and regulatory engagement to support various stakeholders, including public and private entities in the region.

ICAD, known for its proficiency in construction, technology integration, and operational management across diverse sectors, will assist UrbanV in building and overseeing vertiports. This includes handling both aeronautical and non-aeronautical aspects of vertiport operations and maintenance contracts.

Together, the partnership aims to accelerate the deployment of AAM and Urban Air Mobility (UAM) services in the Middle East, creating a robust infrastructure network that facilitates the seamless integration of aerial mobility solutions into the regional transportation ecosystem.

Carlo Tursi, CEO of UrbanV, expressed enthusiasm about the partnership, highlighting their goal to revolutionize transportation with safe and efficient air mobility solutions. He emphasized UrbanV’s ambition to establish pioneering AAM routes globally.
